You can expect a confidential, focused discussion centered entirely on your current business goals and bottlenecks. We will review where your business stands, identify immediate 2–3 priorities, outline actionable next steps, and answer any specific operational, financial, or marketing questions you have.

Bring 1 Metric or 1 Bottleneck: Don’t bring ten things. Bring the single biggest constraint currently capping your revenue or slowing your launch (e.g., offer pricing, customer acquisition, or operational capacity).

Bring Real Data, Not Guesses: Have your exact numbers ready—current pricing, customer count, conversion rates, or raw offer details. If you have a business plan or marketing draft, have it open.

Write Down 3 Specific Questions: Frame them as tactical "how to" or "either/or" decisions so we spend 0% of the session wandering and 100% solving problems.
